The fastest way to reach us is the in-app Support chat (Profile → "Still need help? Chat with support"). The chat is staffed by our AI assistant grounded in our full FAQ knowledge base; if the AI can't answer, your message is routed to our human team.
Hashrate is virtual computing power expressed in GH/s (gigahash per second). Higher hashrate produces higher indicative earnings. You earn hashrate from daily check-ins, rewarded ads, and one-time hashpower boost purchases.
Tap Claim each day to receive a hashrate boost that grows across 7 days: Day 1 = 1.2 GH/s, all the way up to Day 7 = 8.0 GH/s. Each boost lasts 24 hours. Miss a day and your streak resets to Day 1.
Watch short rewarded video ads to earn hashrate boosts. The reward scales as you watch more: 1.5 GH/s for the first few, up to 12.0 GH/s for later ones. You can watch up to 30 ads per day. Each ad's boost lasts 24 hours.
Your indicative earnings are an estimate based on your virtual hashrate's share of the live Bitcoin network. Hashrate Cloud Miner does NOT hold, manage, or custody on-chain assets and is not a wallet, trading platform, or fund manager. Earnings shown are illustrative; final amounts depend on real network conditions and server records.
Open the Earnings tab → tap Redeem → select
Lightning → paste your Lightning invoice or address (e.g.
user@speed.app, user@zbd.gg, or a BOLT11
invoice starting with lnbc) → enter the amount → confirm.
Payouts are processed via the Lightning Network. Minimum redeem is
25,000 sats and maximum is 50,000 sats per request.
A small Lightning Network fee is deducted from your balance at redeem time to cover routing costs. You will see the exact fee, total deduction, and your remaining balance in the confirmation modal before you tap Redeem.
The Ad-Free + Priority Support upgrade removes interstitial banner ads and routes your support requests to a faster queue. Rewarded video ads (which give you hashrate) remain available — they're opt-in only.
Email support@hashratecloudminer.com from the address you registered with and we'll permanently delete your account and any associated data within 14 days, in line with Apple's App Store Review guidelines and applicable data protection laws.
