Terms of Service
Effective date: September 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Hashrate Cloud Miner app and website ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. The Service provides indicative, ad-funded and booster-funded Bitcoin rewards; it does not sell cryptocurrency, does not run mining hardware on your device, and does not guarantee any earnings.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in most places) and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Acceptable use and account integrity
- One account per person. Creating or operating multiple accounts, or an account on behalf of a suspended person, is prohibited.
- Real email address. You must register with an email address you control. Disposable, temporary, alias/relay or look-alike addresses (for example addresses that imitate a well-known provider on a different domain) are not accepted and may be refused automatically.
- Respectful conduct. Harassment, threats of violence, hate speech, discriminatory slurs, sexual content, or any abusive behaviour toward our staff, our automated assistant, or other users — in support chat, email or anywhere else — is prohibited.
- No fraud or automation. Ad-view fraud, referral farming, bots, tampering with the app or purchase flow, or exploiting bugs is prohibited.
3. Enforcement
- We may suspend or terminate an account immediately and without prior notice for any breach of these Terms. Automated systems may apply a suspension when they detect threats, hate speech or fraud.
- A suspension extends to linked accounts — other accounts registered from the same device or network — and we may refuse new registrations from those devices and networks.
- Suspended accounts forfeit unredeemed indicative balances and active boosters. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play remain subject to the store's refund policy.
- We preserve evidence of threats or harassment (messages, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, timestamps) and may share it with law enforcement or the relevant platform.
- You may contest a suspension by emailing support@hashratecloudminer.com from the registered address. Our decision after review is final.
4. Boosters and in-app purchases
Boosters add indicative hashrate to your account and are consumed at purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms; refund requests must be made to the store. Boosters are not refundable through the Service.
5. Rewards, redemption and no guarantee
Balances shown in the app are indicative and depend on live Bitcoin network conditions, ad availability and your activity. They are not deposits, not investments and not guaranteed. Redemptions are paid over the Lightning Network to a destination you provide, subject to the minimums, cooldowns and fees shown in the app; you are responsible for providing a valid destination.
6. Rewarded ads, check-ins and referrals
Ad rewards are credited only after Google's server-side verification confirms the view. Daily check-in and referral bonuses are capped and may be revoked if abuse or automation is detected.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent; unredeemed balances are forfeited. See the Privacy Policy for what we retain after deletion or suspension.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or the value of indicative balances. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
